DELIVERY
Our aim is to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours receiving your approval of artwork proofs. Orders may take longer to arrive due to bank holidays and the Christmas period. We use various delivery services to dispatch orders. Smaller items are usually sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked 24 services whereas for larger, heavier items we use the services of DPD and Parcelforce via a tracked 24 hour service. Once we have your approval to go ahead with any order we will aim to dispatch your item before 3pm to ensure next day delivery. Any orders dispatched after this time may take an extra day to reach you.
It is your respnsibility to ensure your address details are correct. If your item is not received due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund.
If we experience a problem while trying to process and dispatch your order due to unforseen circumstances we will contact you.
RETURNS
All orders are designed specifically for each individual customer, they are unique in design and therefore we do not offer free returns or replacements for products free from defects, faults or damage.
All artwork proofs will show clearly how your item will look once printed, once approved by you, the customer we will not accept any returns unless-
Your item is faulty
Does not match the design proof
Is damaged
In these cases we will offer a free replacement including delivery charges.
